Patience

No matter how lonely life can be, we must still walk the road of life. It can be a little harsh and difficult at times without someone by your side but you can’t possibly stop because you fear the reality of being alone.

All I ask for is to be given patience. Enough patience to wait for that one person who will hold my hand, the one who would laugh at every silly joke I make. The patience to live life knowing that there is  a hope to be loved by one who will be true to me.

I will not asked to be loved but I can love. For patience will see me through, be it of the unknown future or what may come.
